Your privacy is important to us and as such, we can only speak with the person listed on the policy. If you wish for another person to act on your behalf, you will need to contact us to provide your authorisation for us to speak with them.

The date the damage occurred
A detailed description of how the damage occurred
A description of the damage to the device
A colour photograph showing the damage
We will ask for the damaged device to be made available to us for assessment

A description of how the theft occurred
We will ask you to report the theft to the police
We will ask you to complete a Claim form and to provide the police incident report number, the police officer's name and their contact details

The date the loss occurred
Provide a statutory Declaration signed and witnessed by a member of the police force detailing the events that led to the cause of the loss.
2) How to lodge a Claim

3) Excess
Your policy may have an excess that must be paid before we can process your claim. For your convenience you can pay your excess by credit card over the phone at the time of lodging your claim or alternatively by direct debit into our account.
